  • Have you adopted Digital Design Principles and Practices as a required text? (If no, please state current text and author)
  • Desired login name
  • Desired password (else a random one will be assigned)
  • Authentication -- Please include the URL of a faculty directory or other means by which I can authenticate your status as faculty member or other instructor. Your new-account name and password will be e-mailed to you at your "official" published address, which should match the address that you submitted above.
